Diesel Max - Cetane Booster
Lincoln Diesel Max - Cetane Booster - is as multi-functional additive designed and formulated to provide exceptional results, when used in small medium and large diesel engines, whether using direct or common rail injector systems.
Engine operation becomes smoother and quieter as Cetane numbers are increased by 5.5 to 7.3 (as per ASTM D613 SPEC) which results in better combustion, quicker ignitability.
Smooth performance = less potential wear. Noisy injectors or diesel “KNOCK” is reduced, by adding 200ml Lincoln Cetane Booster which also provides improved fuel economy or power, a cleaner engine with less exhaust odours and easier starting also prevents algae build up.

Diesel Max - Injector Cleaner
Lincoln Diesel Max Injector Cleaner, cleans diesel injectors and stops black smoke.
Diesel operators and owners typically complain about combustion noise, exhaust smoke, difficult starting and cold start drive ability. These complains are primarily the result of poor fuel quality and fuel related deposits.
The inherent long ignition delay characteristics of lower cetane fuels and the reduced injector spray characteristics resulting from deposits will increase ignition delay. Ignition delay is the time from initial injection, to start of injection. Increased ignition delay reduces combustion quality, increases peak cylinder pressures and increases the level of unburnt exhaust products. The negative effect of poor fuel quality and deposits is typically more apparent during starting and partially warmed up operation. This problem becomes worse as ambient temperature decreases.
Lincoln Diesel Max Injector Cleaner, a newly developed multifunctional additive series, will restore injector operating characteristics to near new condition in as little as one tank of fuel. Emission Cleaner - Petrol Engines
Lincoln Emission Cleaner is a petrol additive based on hybrid detergent dispersant and fluidizer chemistries. It provides performance results on the following:
- PFI deposit control.
- Cleans Injectors.
- Reduces Varnish deposit and gums.
- Removes Carbon Deposits on valves and combustion chamber.
- Lubricates Fuel Pump and upper cylinder area.
1 bottle, added to a full tank of petrol, will exceed performance requirements of:
- BMW Lifetime ASTMD/D5598 PFI Keep Clean Test (< 100 mg avg./valve).
- Chrysler 2.2L TCD D5598 PFI Keep Clean Test (< 5% flow loss in 10,000 milesChrysler 2.2L TC PFI Cleanup Test).
- Clean up all injectors to >95% original flow in one Tank.
These specifications require that full tank of petrol with Lincoln Emission Cleaner added will clean up deposits to as NEW condition. Will not harm catalytic convertors or oxygen sensors. No need for expensive injector cleaning systems.

Engine Flush
Lincoln Engine Flush - Don’t put clean oil into a dirty engine!
That is a statement with which the motor trade are fully conversant. Obviously it doesn’t pay, either the customer or the service centre, to add clean oil to a dirty engine and then to fit a clean filter.
Within a few minutes of engine start up the clean oil picks up all the dirt, sludge, gum and varnish in the crankcase and the oil becomes black as soot.
Service centres are losing customers because the old-fashioned method for flushing engines is such a messy and time consuming business dealers have drifted away from engine flushing in the main. Now, however, they face another danger. Customers, after having their oil changed, drive home and pull the dip stick. They see black oil and they believe that they have been charged for an oil change which never took place. They don’t go back to that particular service centre.
Surveys carried out, throughout the world, show that most motor dealers enjoy only a 30% customer retention rate! This means that 70% of the car owners, throughout the world, are continually moving from service centre to another, trying to find someone who will use clean oil in their car’s engine.
Save time and money. Lincoln Engine Flush enables service centres to flush engines without tying up a mechanic’s time for half an hour or more. Also there is no need for excessive use of the hoist. Lincoln Engine Flush is simply added to the old oil, the engine is run for 10 minutes (20 minutes in the case of a really dirty engine), the old oils is drained and new, clean, oil is added to the engine and the filter changed. Restores lost compression. Try conducting a compression test before and after using Lincoln Engine Flush. You will be surprised at the improvement and stabilisation of compressions on all cylinders.
Frees Hydraulic Valve Lifters. Hydraulic valve lifter clatter? Simply flush the engine with Lincoln Engine Flush in the normal way. Hydraulic valve lifter clatter will disappear like magic! Or your money back.
Directions:
1. With engine at operating temperature, engine oil and oil pressure at “safe” level, add Lincoln Engine Flush to old oil.
2. Start engine and run at idling speed for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Stop engine and drain the old oil from engine.
4. Replace drain plug, fit new filter and add new oil.
NOTE: In order to maintain the now higher compression, after flushing the engine with Lincoln Engine Flush, add one bottle of Lincoln Metal Conditioner.
